Do I need to sign a Commercial Laundry Service Contract and am I bound by your fixed term?
We understand that the Hospitality sector is all but predictable. This is why we offer a range of flexible contract arrangements that would best suit your establishment. Nothing is set in stone and we will discuss the best option for your establishment with you and amend your contract terms accordingly.
We need reliable Service not just 9-5, what do you offer?
At Linen Express we understand the unpredictability of your business – we truly believe in bespoke service unmatched by our competitors by offering a 24hrs a day 365 days a year linen service NOT just 9-5. Our ethos is to be flexible with our clients needs. It is important for us to understand the needs of our clients business, to ensure we provide the best possible service specific to your needs.
Do you provide a holding stock for to keep at our premises? Is there an extra charge?”
We will provide you with sufficient stock in circulation, the holding stock is completely free of charge, we constantly monitor and inform you when reserve stock is low.
Can I make a special request on how I want my laundry done?
Of course! We offer first class superior bespoke service to all of our clients. During the account setup process you will be able to add your personal preferences that will be followed for each order. In addition, when you place an order you will be able to create specific instructions for that individual order
How can you ensure my items won't be damaged?
Every item is hand inspected thoroughly before being processed and pre-treated if necessary. We wash every clients’ items separately. Monitoring the item throughout every step of the journey ensuring the washing process is consistent and specific to the clients individual preference . We ensure machines are never overloaded and every customers' items are processed individually. We use cruelty-free detergents, devoid of any harsh chemicals and solvents such as phosphates, sulphates and artificial brightening agents, ensuring your items are treated gently.
What are your business hours?
We typically operate 8am-6pm and on call 24hrs for emergency out of hours service
